Current Implementation: every error URL matches with the 'Section Resolver' and hence doesn't return an Error 404 page.
A good URL: https://www.uscannenbergmedia.com/allnews/
A bad URL (should redirect to 404): https://www.uscannenbergmedia.com/error/
However, we want the page to redirect to the error 404 page if the url can not be resolved to a section ie if there is no content associated with the bad URL.
