We'd like to see the last date each page was shared (had edits that were shared) on the page list view to see quickly what pages have been recently updated and what pages have not.

If I can add to this idea, it would be great to have a column that can be easily sorted, such as to see the timestamp of the Shared Draft or last Published. That way, you can easily sort the pages to see what may have been updated years ago and decide whether to continue to maintain over time.
