We'd be glad if pbexport data could be manually convertible between Template and Page mutually. It'd be very helpful for our usual workflow if Template to Page conversion would be available at first.
We think any UI or function doesn't have to be newly developed and it should be satisfied if there is just a manual method.

Is the idea here that you would like to be able to convert existing Templates into pages? If so, PageBuilder Editor does have a workflow through the UI that allows users to create a page from a template.
Steps:
Open the template and in Curate Workspace, scroll to the bottom. There you should see a Save as Page option.
