In PageBuilder: Move 'Global Content' Source Information Above 'Blocks'

Hi there,

We're looking to see if the "Global Content" source information that's currently below the "Blocks" listed on a page can be moved up higher and collapsed by default.

The issue we've found is that editors are forgetting that this information is listed at the very bottom of the Curate tab and what could be powering story list information on a page.

Attached is a mockup screenshot of how I envision what the editor would see when they visit the site page's Curate tab. It would have "Global Content" collapsed by default, and then Blocks expanded below it. The reasoning behind this is to give the "Global Content" information more exposure, but not expanding it since it's not often changed over time.

It would be great to have "Global Content" expanded on any new pages created, since this is often when this is being adjusted initially. The way to "flag" whether to collapse or expand by default is if the page hasn't been published yet, or if an additional Shared Draft hasn't been created just yet.

Another thought I initially had was moving "Global Content" to its own tab, but this may be harder to change or implement. It also might not solve the issue of exposing what the Global Content source is of a page more easily.

Thanks!
