Some blocks are essential to build a page look and feel like menu bars, footer bars and should be present all the time. When you click in the block menu and choose "Remove Block" by mistake, it is gone. From time to time, we suffered from mistakes like this, and the mistake is quite visible.
My vision is to have a toggle (or checkbox) option in boxes to protect those blocks from be deleted by mistake. When this toggle/checkbox is triggered the delete option in the ... menu would be disabled until the toggle/checkbox is cleared. This way would provide a simple method to avoid deletion of critical blocks from a page.

Thanks for this Joao. We're familiar with this challenge, and one way we're considering to address it is to add Undo/Redo capabilities to PageBuilder. This way, if you accidentally deleted a block, you could Undo and the block would re-appear.
