When a page contains a lot of components, editing one of them down the list causes PB to automatically start scrolling to it, which makes editing components at the beginning of the list impossible.
Assume that a page contains a header, a long list of components, and a footer. After editing the footer it’s not possible to go up and edit another component at the top of the list because PB continues to automatically scroll the page down.
It was initially raised as a bug in ACS-28006 but I was informed that this is actually a feature and to change this "helpful" behaviour I need to raise an "idea". Please vote.
