Bring back Pagebuilder Editor ability to restore page from history

Starting with Pagebuilder Editor 3.4, we had the ability to view PBE page history and restore one of the ten most recently-published drafts (discussion exists in Idea PB-I-196 and documentation for that feature used to live here). I'm not sure when this ability was removed, but it is missed. Please restore it!

    Hi Brian,

The feature hasn't regressed. It's still in PageBuilder Editor.

The link you shared is from a very old docs site. Anything with "redirector" in the subdomain is a legacy URL. I suggest updating your internal documentation or bookmarks.

PageBuilder documentation was reorganized a few years ago, and this topic now lives in the Publish workspace section of the "Curating in PageBuilder Editor" page: https://docs.arcxp.com/en/products/pagebuilder/pagebuilder-editor/managing-pages/curating-in-pagebuilder-editor.html#using-the-publish-workspace

In the editor, the action is called Use Published Draft. It lets you pick a previously published draft to replace your current draft.

One limit to know about: PageBuilder Editor only shows the last 10 published drafts. Older drafts can't be restored from the editor right now.

Could you tell us which of these you were after? Is Use Published Draft what you were looking for? Or did you need to get back to drafts older than the last 10?

    Hi Brian,

Before classifying this as feature request or bug, we're checking in which exact version, and if it was intentional removal of the feature.
