Use case. Two homepages. One has a chain that is linked to another. It is usually empty. But when extraordinary world events transpire, it gets filled with content. We want both pages to get this content with minimal work possible.
Suggested UI: Wherever "+ Add To <<section/zone>>" or "+ Add A Feature" appears in the UI and it's allowed to add a chain, add "+ Add New Chain". Clicking on this adds an empty chain to the page, template or zone.
