PB UI - Reordering features when a chain is open

It would be nice if you could re-order features within a chain when the chain is open. Right now, if you have a chain open, you have to go back to the page editor to re-order the features.

    This was a bug and has been resolved in V0.12

      This is a bug, PAG-99. I will fix it in the next release.

      Lemme restate ... Re-ordering works. The cursor does not change however. Would be nice if the cursor changed.
