Please enhance the <pb:inc-feature /> tag with a boolean parameter that tells it whether to include resources (JS and CSS for now) specified in the feature's config.json file. The default behavior should not change -- that is, if unspecified, the value of this flag should be false (unless you disagree for good reasons :) ).
