Add ability for people to leave a note or comment about why the resolver is there, what it does etc. (Because regex is hard to read sometimes...)

Sorry the status was accidentally updated. We plan to consider this in the future though.
This is marked as shipped. What version of PageBuilder Editor is this capability in? We do not see any new fields in the resolver form.
