We don't have the ability to create teams by coverage area (i.e. Politics, Sports), so we have to manually build saved searches with individual users. It would be useful to be able to assign people at a higher organizational level to the team that they work on, and have that designation be reflected in other Arc tools, like Websked and Composer and Photo Center.
