Ideally, it would be more apparent if a user in Ellipsis could tell if an article is redirected, other than looking into the redirect field. Perhaps, if redirected, a banner could appear at the top of the article stating it is, and something similar on the index page.
The purpose would be to eliminate confusion. Some users may go and edit a post, then not see their changes, because the post happens to be redirected.
