Depending on the workflow and responsibilities it may make sense to have the meta title with all other meta data or with all other titles. There should be the flexibility to move it to the position where it makes most sense in the workflow.

Moving meta title to the meta tab would result in seeing meta title with meta description where both could be thought out together. Currently the meta title field is hidden... most of our users forget where it is (in alternate headlines) and therefore don't enter anything.
