When deleting templates, the UI implies that the template is removed once it disappears after clicking the trash can icon. But it's not clear that you still need to click the Save button to actually trigger the delete. Although this is consistent with editing most other settings, it seems counter intuitive to the way templates are managed on this page. It would be nice if
a) there was a message indicating this, or;
b) the template is deleted immediately

Now that Templates is removed from the Settings tab, a user no longer has to hit save in Settings for the template deletion to stick. Hitting delete for a Template will now delete the template (after you confirm the delete) without the additional step of hitting Save.
