Some CMS's have a shortcut to change the case (to lower or upper) with a keyboard shortcut on the highlighted text. This is especially necessary when, say, a document arrives and all of the text is in all-caps.
I think the shortcut is Control-Shift-K in other CMSs but let's double check.
