The Publish Module allows the user to navigate back in time, but doesn't allow the user to select it (which is fine). However, it would be helpful if the user can't even accidentally navigate back to a date/time that they can't select it.
The reason this is a problem: When folks want to set a date/time in the past, they might mistakenly scroll back on the Publish Time module, which is of course, a mistake. Ideally, they shouldn't be able to scroll back if they're unable to select anything in the past.
