As a reporter/editor/producer, I want to be able to add anchor tags in my story so that readers can jump from a top directory straight into the section of a story, guide, or longform that they are most interested in.
Currently, we can do this only through html blocks. Please add this as a tool in the main toolbar.
When you add this, please include the ability to link both to external story paths, and to a different location within the same story path.

Hi all, thanks for this submission. We plan on introducing the ability to add jumps to another part of a story in a coming release. This will not offer jumps to external links. -Angela
Hi there, want to throw in our team's need for this functionality as well. We have heard from multiple groups within our organization who have asked for this, would you be able to provide an update on whether this will be included in upcoming release / as part of Composer 2.0? Looks like this was targeted for flagged for inclusion almost 4 years ago and many comments below have noted the same.

Can we please have an update or timeline on when this feature request, currently labeled as "Future consideration," may become available in Composer? This is still highly requested, and using Raw HTML can make this process difficult.
