Ideas for Arc XP

This is when Non-Latin character is selected as a Locale for client, such as Japanese.

On Japanese, we do NOT count "Words or Phrases" on article, instead, we need  Composer/WebSked to count "Characters".

And number of lines are limited on each articles, and number of characters are limited in each line.

So we have following requirement on Japanese articles.

1. Number of "Lines" must be set on each article.
2. Number of "Characters" on each line must be set by journalists or desks depending on article.
3. Depending 2, how many lines there are with current characters needs to be calculated.
4. If number of lines goes over 1, alert would appear. (optional)
