Ideas for Arc XP

All ANS traits, but most crucially for us, the "expiry" setting.

We use the clone button on wire stories to avoid incoming updates from over-writing our editors' work (i.e., the problem described in this ticket: https://ideas.arcpublishing.com/ideas/SB-I-55 )

Unfortunately the clone button does not copy over the expiry setting. Ideally it would.
