When a user attempts to switch tabs but is not allowed, prompt

In Composer, stories can be set to only allow saving if they contain required fields.

However, the Composer UI doesn't do a very good job of conveying when the conditions have yet to be met.

 

For example: You click Create New (story), type a headline and click the Compose tab. It doesn't allow you to switch over to it, but it seems that the button is just not working.

 

It should convey this by displaying the button in a disabled state (greyed out, has the disallowed action cursor on hover, etc.) so that the user knows there's a reason it's not working. That reason should be provided (in this case, they have met the requirements but have not yet saved).

    With the release of Composer 2.0 we have resolved a number of usability issues including where it is unclear why users cant take certain actions
