As an administrator, I have a multisite/multipublication organization. Each publication/site may have its own story templates. It may result in a very high number of templates.
Is it possible:
in Composer settings, to organize templates per categories (have a label visible in the settings screen) and to have the possibility to search with a search engine among the templates. Categories shall be user-defined.
in Composer Stories, that the modal that shows the available templates display templates per category in order to facilitate the search by the user (e.g: you can fold/unfold a category to hide/show all templates from this category of templates) ?

We've included website filtering for templates in the 1.58 release that shipped to production this week on Wednesday, September 14. You can also see total number of templates for your filter parameters at the bottom of the page. Thank you!
Hi Guillaume - removed market, just filtering by website. What are your thoughts for that solution as an admin trying to find the templates you are looking for?
The "Favorites" of templates per user (editor user, not admin user) is strongly being considered. However, it is not on the roadmap yet. Thanks!
Hi Lawrence,
I don't have a clue about what you mean by 'Market'. Could you elaborate ?
Extra point: do you plan to enable as well the notion of 'Favorites' of template per user along with that story ?
We are going to implement. Please let me know if the below implementation meets your needs. Thanks!
Sorting by alpha template name (a sort needs to exist so the order does not keep changing)
Both in settings and in template selection
Filtering by website
Both in settings and in template selection
