As an editor, I want to see all the important tag recommendations for tags in the autocomplete functionality for story tags in composer. As an example: If I was looking for any tag that belongs to "water", I want to get recommendations for "floodwater", "saltwater" or "tidewater" from autocomplete too, if we have set up these tags in tags service. And if I was looking for a tag that belongs to anything with "Trump", I want to find "Donald Trump", "Ivanka Trump", Melania Trump" and so on, too.
At the moment, we only get recommendations for tags that match with the first letters we type in. But that's not showing all the important tags. If I remember this correctly, this kind of autocomplete functionality was already in use - and we want to have it back.

We often run into issues where users can't find tags as they don't know the exact wording for the tag in global settings.
