Hi there,
When creating an Arc Composer template, I would like an ability to add custom raw HTML to the template.
Currently, you're able to do basic rich text, in which text can be stylized and linkable. However, adding HTML doesn't seem to be an option currently.
One use case is adding an embedded traffic map to the bottom of a traffic template, rather than needing the user to always embed this code whenever a new story is created. Or maybe you have an ongoing web series and would like to paste in a linkable image.
I realize Arc Composer has a Clipboard ability, and maybe that could be one option to solve this, in which you could have some sort of HTML code ready to go in the Clipboard automatically if you use the specific template type, if that makes sense. If you see this as its own Arc Idea, please let me know and I can file it separately.
Thanks!

This was shipped to production on August 16 as part of Composer 1.67. Thank you!
Hi Toni, thank you for your comment. We are considering further enhancements to Templates in 2023 but this is not currently on the roadmap. We will certainly keep this in mind in looking ahead to next year.
I had always thought this was possible with Composer templates - in fact it was one of the biggest selling points of templates for us. Really surprised to see this isn't currently possible. Are there any plans to get this on the roadmap for 2023 please? This would be huge.
Just gonna throw my hat in and say that I was surprised to see this wasn't already a feature. It would definitely be used by my newsroom.
