When you click on the Add Guest Author button please put the cursor in the first field - don't make the user have to click or tab to get there
When you click on the Add Internal Memo Note on the Compose tab - put the cursor in the field to write the note - don't make them click there
Every extra click slows down the user and impedes a smooth workflow
