Composer uses by default English quotation marks (" ") It could be great if we could choose the appropriate quotation marks, in our case the French quotationmarks (« ») that are usually used in the French medias.
Thank you for your answer Lawrence ! I had noticed the special character tool but I was thinking more of a specific (and regionalized?) configuration that allows easy typing and doesn't force the user to integrate each quotes by clicking.
Hi Marion! Thank you for the idea submission. There is currently a way to insert French quotationmarks (« »)French quotationmarks (« »), via the "insert special character" tool. You can find that in the toolbar or using shortcut:
cmd + k for macOS
ctrl + k for Windows

I see that quotation marks have been changed to stick to German language in june (https://leparisien.arcpublishing.com/alc/arc-products/ellipsis/releasenotes/composer-147-release-notes/) That's exactly what we are asking for in French, so that Composer could automatically convert English quotation marks (“example”), to French (« »).
