Current experience: In Compose tab, when I'm composing/editing a story, I can see the planned character as well as an indication when my story exceeds this value (in red with label '+ xxx characters'). But there is no indication when I'm below the limit.
Wished experience: as a user, I should be able to see how many characters are missing to reach the planned character count with a label in blue or green for instance saying '- xxx characters').
Benefit: it helps the composer of a story to see how far he is and how to organise his story with regards to planned character count.
