Extend use of content elements within Composer Templates

Currently in Composer templates (Compose tab) users can only pre-populate a template with text and a few formatting options.

Please extend use of the content element available available in the Story window, to the Templates, Compose tab, to allow users to pre-populate templates with rich media elements.
