In Sandbox environment, in Composer there is a new tab called Circulate after Planning Tab, containing the Sections Selector.
When users are in Planning tab and story is saved, either manually or autosaved, the story switches to Compose Tab.
This behavior makes users forget to add the section which is a required field.
The right behavior would be to switch to Circulate Tab after saving the story if the user is in Planning Tab or at least stay in the same tab.
