Composer 1.49 separates the Primary Website from the Circulate tab and sites/sections, returning Primary Website to the Planning tab. That field is anchored to the top spot of the Planning tab, above Working Headline, and cannot be moved. Muscle memory is to click the first field and start typing a headline. I'd like the option to reposition that field elsewhere on the Planning tab.

I voted on this, as many editors likely won't be adjusting the primary site often on stories. If it has to be on the Planning tab for some reason, please allow us to adjust its position so it's further down on the tab, or restore it to the Circulate tab.
Also, I should mention that if the Authors field is close to the Primary Website (like a position or so below it), that when you open the dropdown menu, it's not possible to select some sites, because the Authors field is displaying on top of it.
