The link list feature within Composer needs to have an option to set the link to open in a new tab, similar to how a basic text URL can be set. Currently, to create a visual link (button, graphic) that opens in a new tab, we have to use the HTML block and create the code, which isn't user-friendly at the station level.

WABI is using the Link List on their contact us page at the bottom to feature Programming Info. The first four links are offsite, but do not open in a new tab.

WAGM asked for something similar at on their contact us page, but in order to set the links to open in a new tab, I had to use the HTML block and Bootstrap Buttons.
