It seems an update from Pocket to the service's has led to the Workflow Status buttons not appearing in Chrome. (confirmed that when the Save to Pocket extension is turned off, the buttons reappear). For context: Pocket is a pretty popular service (it's in the top 100 in News in the App Store), and, as a read-it-later service for articles, there are a lot of media people who use it. Not really just a random extension.
