We need to include a new field in the hyperlink dialog box in Composer, so that the user can mark the hyperlink as "sponsored".
I am attaching an image (Hyperlink dialog box.png) to clarify which dialog box we want to modify by including the new file.
We shipped this with the 2.2 Release in Composer and this is available in Composer 2.0
