Because the way newsroom use Composer fields in different ways and perhaps to render different content than what's obviously labeled, additionally because all newsroom have different workflow nuances, etc. We NEED the ability to:
make fields required (current state feature in some Arc areas)
impose safety check messaging, modals, and error messages when required fields or meta data aren't met.
(sidenote: appropriate error messaging and custom or default in-app user education would also be a great accessibility win for Arc XP!)
