Current situation : when a journalist wants to add an interstitial link to a story, he needs to know the URL of the page he wants to link, even if that's a story that exists in Arc.
Wished situation: the journalist should have the possibility to search in Arc database for a story already published. A call2action could be added in the content element frame and a click on that call2action should open a modal in the Composer story filter screen. The selection of a story in that modal would automatically add the URL of the story and the headline of the story in the text field.

It should be the same for the addition of links inside link lists. There the selection of multiple stories should be possible in the modal.
