To change the Primary Section in the Circulate V2 experience (both Composer and Photo Center) a user must click the words beside the radio button, they cannot click the radio button itself. This has led to early confusion in Composer.
Radio buttons should be clickable, as they have been traditionally across the internet.

Thank you for raising this! This is a UI bug that we are working on addressing. In the meanwhile, the full name of the section has a clickable hover state and can be clicked to select, while we work on fixing the radio button.
