We welcome any implementation that provides the feature, however this feature could be implemented as an embeddable date macro in the composer interface, allowing editorial to place the macro arbitrarily in the ANS payload via Composer. The fusion rendering engine would interpret and replace the macro with the desired output server-side, enabling the updated content to be used on any platform, regardless of if JavaScript is supported.
