We're looking for a dedicated "Add to Collection" button in the top toolbar to quickly perform this task.
The option is currently under the "Websked Workflows" menu.
Our editors probably use this option more than anything in the toolbar beyond grabbing the published URLs, which is now more easily accessible via the globe icon that appears when the story is published.
As far as how to present it, maybe a boxed + symbol, which is what the editor sees when they open that modal. "Add to Collection" would be the tooltip on hover. The "Add to Collection" modal would appear when you click on the button.
