Ideas for Arc XP

Currently there is a delay of minutes (up to 5) in updates that are made in an article in Composer reflecting in the preview after saving.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Choose an article.

2. Update the text.

3. Save.

4. Click ‘Preview draft story’ e.g.

   https://irishnews.arcpublishing.com/pf/composer-preview/YZUKTDGQ2NA6HGDTTAMAQCS2VU/?published=false&_ignoreCache=true&_website=irishnews

5. Wait for change to be reflected in the draft.

Can this be updated to distinguish between a production cdn call vs a /pf/ preview call to avoid the cache and hard reset method described in ACS-28223?
