We are running multisite with sites in different time zones. It would be ideal to have Ellipsis know the author's time zone.
I this being done in various ways:
1) make the visible dates in Ellipsis customizable per user
or
2) based on the site's time zone they are working in
or
3) detect the users time zone rather than default to EST
