When a file is copy/pasted into an email - using Actions → Copy to clipboard and pasted to our gmail system - and sent to a freelancer, sometimes the green insertions and deletions do not display with the shading - it all comes in as regular text. We have reproduced this with a user opening the email we sent in Outlook (AOL and gmail were fine). Insertions, deletions, notes mode should be visible in email of all common email systems, not just gmail.
