When publishing articles using Composer, it is possible to set the publication timing to the present while setting the display date value to the future.
Reporters with limited experience using Arc XP sometimes mistakenly believe setting the display date to the future is sufficient for scheduling an article, which has led to accidental publishing incidents. Furthermore, they do not consider scenarios where publishing an article with a future timestamp is necessary.
Similar to how the publish button cannot be pressed if a past date is entered for the scheduled publication date, please implement a restriction preventing publication if a future date is entered for the display date.
