Currently, in our ArcXP setup, all URLs are case-sensitive, which creates accessibility and SEO concerns.
Example:
❌ Same URL in lowercase returns a 404 error:
https://insights.citeline.com/in-vivo/deal-making/pharma-bd-leaders-navigate-uncertainty-and-opportunity-yaeycdw4znfgxk3hd4vqlnd4ta/
Even though both URLs have the same structure and content, only the case-sensitive version works.
We would like to request an enhancement to make all URLs (Pages, Articles, Authors, etc.) non-case sensitive, so that:
URLs work the same way regardless of whether they are entered in uppercase or lowercase
Users do not encounter unexpected 404 errors
SEO and user experience are improved
Please let us know if this is already supported via any configuration or if this needs to be handled as a platform-level enhancement.
