Currently, in our ArcXP setup, all URLs are case-sensitive, which creates accessibility and SEO concerns.
Example:
❌ Same URL in lowercase returns a 404 error:
https://insights.citeline.com/in-vivo/deal-making/pharma-bd-leaders-navigate-uncertainty-and-opportunity-yaeycdw4znfgxk3hd4vqlnd4ta/
Even though both URLs have the same structure and content, only the case-sensitive version works.
We would like to request an enhancement to make all URLs (Pages, Articles, Authors, etc.) non-case sensitive, so that:
URLs work the same way regardless of whether they are entered in uppercase or lowercase
Users do not encounter unexpected 404 errors
SEO and user experience are improved
Please let us know if this is already supported via any configuration or if this needs to be handled as a platform-level enhancement.

Hi Ravi, Thanks for the clear example, and for raising this. We see the value and get the point that simply case differences giving 404 may hurt visits and SEO.
Arc XP matches URLs exactly, including capitalization, in the resolver, the rendering engine and the Content API lookup. Delivery, Rendering engine, content api, so it works the same way. Making URLs case-insensitive means changing all of those together, which is a re-architecture decision and not something we can slot into a release. Changing only part of it would cause subtler problems, like a page that loads at one casing and fails at another, or duplicate cached copies.
