Add AI Assistant Setting to Require User Review Before Applying Suggested Metadata

Hi there,

We're looking for an option to require user approval before adding any suggested metadata that that AI Assistant may provide, versus automatically adding to the various fields.

My thought process is this:

  1. If the AI Assistant modal is closed, then do not suggest anything. The user can still click manually into the various fields for recommendations.

  2. If the AI Assistant modal is open, then make suggestions upon save within the modal. However, do not automatically add to the metadata fields without user approval.

  3. Following up on the process above: The user should have the ability to decide which items to add, like "click to approve" for tags, whether all of them or click to choose which ones to add. This ultimately may be its own separate idea, but should be thought of the user experience overall.

  4. Also, allow the organization to enable/disable suggesting various metadata options. We may not want to suggest related headlines or images, but we may want to include tags.

I voted also on the idea raised in SB-I-726, which may refer to the AI Assistant suggesting what is inputted in Managed Tags within Global Settings.

Thanks!
