Ideas for Arc XP

Limit search results to content that is within an Ellipsis story

When users search for stories in Ellipsis, the search results can sometimes be only tertiarily connected to stories saved in Ellipsis. For example, searching on a common word like "climate" can result in the return of some Ellipsis stories that don't contain the word "climate" in their text or metadata. I messaged with someone in Arc Support about this and he determined that the results that didn't seem like they should be returned contained a link to a photo gallery that contained a link to a picture that had the word "climate" in its caption. I think that allowing the Ellipsis search functions to go three levels deep makes its search functions less useful and it's difficult for users to find what they're looking for. Could the search functions in Ellipsis be limited to what's in the text or metadata of stories in Ellipsis and not the media elements (videos, galleries, etc) linked within the stories? I think it would make it easier to use.

The fields searched are now whitelisted instead of querying the entire document and all metadata
