Currently two logos will show for users on the header panel at the same time - logo in Nav Bar AND Masthead logo
Nav bar logo should only become visible when user has scrolled past Masthead logo to avoid having the logo in sight twice.
For Ipad vertical and smaller screen the top part of the masthead, including the logo, never shows, so this only applies to bigger screens.
