Ideas for Arc XP

Reflect selected image alignment with a class in Article Body chain

Imagery is very important part of our content and on our previous custom build we supported a couple of different image alignments in the article body. For instance left aligned image that wraps around <p>

Example: https://www.businessoffashion.com/articles/luxury/after-a-deal-that-wasnt-bally-tries-to-get-back-on-track

So it would be really helpful if the Image alignment (float) you select in Composer would be reflected in the html of the article-body chain with float-left (or right/center) class name on <picture> tag or something similar so we could build desired styling around it.

Hi JT, thanks for this idea. We actually already have a similar idea in the portal that we're planning to implement:

We don't provide support for directly overriding class names with custom CSS, but we'll align the image to the left or to the right based on what is selected in Composer.
