Due to its unique appearance and the ability to display an image prominently with a headline beneath it, some users have been leveraging the Card List - Arc Block in order to display a series of stories in a feed. In order to do this, they will select the same feed (section, tag, Collection, etc.) for each of the blocks and assign them an offset (0, 1, 2, etc.) to create a series of automatically updating content.
Due to caching issues, these users can occasionally run into a situation in which adjacent blocks feature the same story for a short period of time. In order to help mitigate this duplication, it would be helpful to offer an Offset Override option to the Card List - Arc Block, similar to what is currently offered in the Top Table List - Arc Block. This would allow users to make one call to the content source instead of multiple calls and would help avoid duplications.

Thank you for this feedback-- I understand the issue. We'll investigate some options for this, as there may be other ways to accomplish displaying a feed of content in a row in a more user friendly way. We'll put this request in our backlog.
