It would be useful to have an Arc Block that supports a horizontal carousel of stories, fed from a single content source (without the need for an offset). All of the current List Block options are vertical in orientation and require the use of Chains and offsets to get the desired effect. This solution can result in some caching challenges, depending upon the type of List Block used.
This proposed horizontal list Arc Block could be used on a Homepage to quickly pull a feed of content into a region of the page without having to create a Chain and go through the process of adding individual Blocks with offsets.
The horizontal list Arc Block could also be used within the Article Body Chain on an article template, for example, allowing organizations to insert a feed of related/popular content within the body of the text.
