Hello,
I think it would be very useful if we could add in a note for each redirect in RedirectsUI, like what can be done in Resolvers where there is a Resolver Note field. Adding in a notes field in redirects would allow the person who created the rule to explain its purpose and possibly walk through the syntax of the rule.
